Questions, answered
Which documents can I store?
Anything important: passports, national IDs, residence permits, visas, driving licences, insurance, tenancy contracts, employment contracts, birth and marriage certificates, school and medical records. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP and HEIC files are supported.
How does the AI reading work?
When you upload, we read the document type, number, holder name and dates. You always see the result and can correct it before confirming. If we are not sure, we ask you to review.
Who can see my documents?
The household’s owner always has access. You can keep documents for the owner only, share with the household, or select specific members. Admins can edit and share documents they can access; Members can only view and download. Anyone holding an active external share link can open that shared file until the link expires or is revoked.
Do you support Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We recognise local documents such as Qatar ID, Emirates ID and Iqama, and include renewal tips for each country. The app works anywhere in the world.
What happens if I want to leave?
Export all your files and records at any time, then delete your account. Deletion is permanent and removes your files from our storage.
How will I be reminded?
Use the suggested schedule or customize days before expiry for each document. You can also add dated reminders that run once, weekly, monthly or yearly. Notifications go by email, or WhatsApp if enabled, only to members who can access the document. Images are never included.
